I’ve always believed that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about uncovering the strength and wisdom that already live within you. As a counselor, I consider it an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression. My work is rooted in an existential framework, but it’s also shaped by my belief in the power of exploration, both inward and outward. I blend trauma-informed care, ACT, mindfulness, somatic grounding, and creative approaches like expressive arts and metaphor to help clients explore their inner worlds, even when words fall short.

With a background in guiding others through transformative experiences, I bring a deep appreciation for the journey, wherever it may lead. Outside of my practice, you’ll often find me embracing a quiet moment in nature, whether it’s hiking with my dog, floating down a river, or skiing with my partner.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to create a space of trust, curiosity, and safety where you can find resilience, self-awareness, and acceptance. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d love to connect.
