I believe healing is the rediscovery of our innate capacity to reconnect—with ourselves, with others, and with life. Wholeness is not the destination of healing; it is the starting place.

I value creating a calm, grounded space where people can safely explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and deepen their understanding of their own stories.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Nebraska and Montana with almost two decades of clinical experience. My work emphasizes trauma, grief, and attachment-focused care across the developmental lifespan. I am a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapist (CPP); a relationship-based therapy for young children ages 0–5 and their caregivers. This experience led me into the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health field in 2012, where I served as a CPP trainer, a FAN mentor for Reflective Practice, a Circle of Security Parenting and Classroom facilitator, and a manager of a Healthy Families home visitation program.

My approach is person-centered, developmental, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, somatic, and neurobiological. I have specialized training in EMDR, attachment-focused therapies, play therapy, and grief counseling.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—preferably walking along or floating on a river. I love photography, travel, knitting, and reading. Montana has been my home since 2022.
