Some of life's greatest challenges can also become turning points. Life's transitions—whether chosen or unexpected—can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning who we are. I love helping people slow down, make sense of what they're carrying, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.

I draw from Gestalt, mindfulness, somatic, and relational approaches, bringing warmth, curiosity, and collaboration into our work together. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and life's many transitions, with a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, and perimenopause. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade teaching mindfulness and yoga, experiences that continue to shape how I help people reconnect with both their minds and bodies.

Outside the therapy room, I'm usually chasing adventures with my husband and four kids, building our family home, tending the garden, experimenting with herbs, or happily disappearing down rabbit holes about folklore, the night sky, and the mysteries that make life a little more magical.

If you're ready to navigate this season of life with greater clarity, intention, and self-understanding, I'd love to connect and see whether we're the right fit.
